Adriana the female Latina with glasses at the check baggage today 10/24/22 2pm was very rude to me upon arriving. I waited in line just to ask her a quick question about the kisok not allowing me to check my bag. She said she couldn't answer my question. I have to go wait another line kept pointing away from her. Very rudely too. Who does that to people in, really. Like someone asks if they can ask just question? I hope her supervisor teaches her how to deal with people in the hospitality industry. Or just put her in the back doing something else. I was so appalled I had my wife get back in line and talk to her. And then went to check my wife's bag and she told her she has the option to use the kiosk. My wife didn't even bother telling her that the kiosk didn't work for us. Because airline employees like these are are power hungry. If you don't do what they want they'll kick you out of your vacation. They love the power and take advantage of it. That's sad.

Felt like I was in a hospital waiting room.... I'm 5'10 Felt like Mr Bean comedy Trying to get comfortable with dude next to me with bad gas.. Yeahhhh

In Houston Hobby Airport that's pretty much the only terminal, only two entrances, departures and arrivals
You have to look at openings and apply for vacancies at southwest.com/careers Good luck!
I think you'd have to contact the actual customer service. Visit their website and try to contact them. If you still remember your email associated with the account. If you don't have access to the email you will have to call them.
