Accommodating when I missed my ✈️

Not one but three of our 4 flights were delayed an hour. Missed a connection flight due to this and barely made it to out destination via our standby seats. Then on the way home was delayed again luckily our connection was delayed so we made it this time. Love that they give you pretzels no matter the flight length as it helps settle your stomach while traveling. Planes are very up to date with each seat having tv. Would have rated better if 75% of our travel wasn't delayed and uncertain.

Open the Delta app, login or use your confirmation code given when you purchased your ticket. If your flight is within the next 24 hours, the app will ask if you're ready to check in. Just follow on screen cues.

I want to change the exact wording of my wifes name in her skymiles account so it will agree with her name on her new KTN. I have tried to do this on line without success. Can I do it at the airport counter?
