Wow they remodeled this hospital for the worst customer service ever!! Was brought in on ambulance severe pains for them to push me to the lobby waited for 9 hours to get seen only for them to tell me i would have to stay additional 3-4 hours to get results back!! I WALK OUT The security guard had more info than the clerks at the front desk!! The Charge Nurse Moore and the other Tall African guy Rude as hell telling ppl to stay out their business lol u work in a hospital maβam π β¦ they definitely should have remodeled DC general instead of this place!!!! Havenβt been here since greater southeast NOTHING HAS CHANGED AT ALL ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS canβt keep blaming COVID FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! completely UNDER STAFFED SMH SHUT IT DOWN !!!!

I am not, and hopefully never will be a patient of this facility, but from our telephone interaction alone, I sincerely hope their medicinal practices are better than their communication and people skills. I contacted them concerning a matter of falsified documents from a university and was treated extremely rudely and disrespectfully. Judging by my experiences and the repeated extremely negative reviews, I would stay as far from here as possible unless you are in absolute need.

Unfortunately 1 Star is as low as I can rate. My husband and I came to the ER as our daughter was brought here. The nurses were off putting. We asked for ice water for our daughter and the nurse would not listen to the entire conversation. She cut my daughter off as she was trying to tell her that they had given her water before but someone threw it out. The room was extremely hot. There was no air conditioning at all however I did notice fans blowing at the nurses stations. The nurse refused to allow us a chair to sit as we stood there sweating. However, what really concerned me was the posted signs that read there are no public restrooms. There were literally people sitting in the waiting room for hours in the heat waiting to learn the fate of their loved ones and being told there is no restroom for them to use. It is perplexing to me that an emergency room would deny visitors access to a restroom. I truly donβt understand how this is allowed to happen.

They have been hiring poor managers...HRD to Directorvof Nursing. To Director of Resp Therapy, they do not have Resp. Therapy Director anymore... Employees are paying Union Dues but but the REP s are not helping you... I can prove those ecperience s to all. The CEOS and The DC Council need to hear or see those things.
I can agree that this hospital has been thru hell & back but where else do you expect the people in the community (both MD & DC) to receive treatment?
1)Short staff. 2) They have a Triage to assess a patient whether they need to be seen right away.
Great food I just go too eat.
While I can say this administrative r better then thay was it all new employees that is doing good job understand you can't think you can come in ambulance an think you going back an get seen first no
No
They have offices in the hospital. I believe it's on the third floor
You can call the security office and ask to speak to the supervisor on duty and they will help you. They are very good in their job
Most places want insurance but try to call 311 and ask them or call different dentist and see what they say. Also try Adventure Dentist or go the different places also if you can apply for Medicaid so you can have dental insurance.
Yes you can you are suppose to anyway if you are sexual active I go every 3months to many diseases out here and they killing you and resisting medications they giving terrible.
