They have been hiring poor managers...HRD to Directorvof Nursing. To Director of Resp Therapy, they do not have Resp. Therapy Director anymore... Employees are paying Union Dues but but the REP s are not helping you... I can prove those ecperience s to all. The CEOS and The DC Council need to hear or see those things.
Greater SE Comm Hospital now United Medical Center cannot be shut down, the Hospital needs to reorganize and hire good managers in every unit, HRD is needed essentially to help employees to find solutions to their problems for example: I was hired in Jan 1988 and got illegitimately laid off after working for almost 30 years, never got severance pay. None of the HR staff/employees were helping me with my issues. I was laid off without my severance pay nor separation pay. It is a shame because mistcof the employees there were good and hardworking. I also paid my Union dues but the Rep. has not done anything to help me. They were passing the issues from one to the other. Their excuses in HRD: "She or he quit"
