The worst service ever. My Jeddah-New York flight was canceled last August 2020, and I had a refundable ticket. They refused to refund the ticket because I used the connection flight from Dammam to Jeddah. I had a better experience with Lufthansa as I got the ticket at half the price of Saudi Airlines. And when the flight was canceled they extended the rebooking for 12 months even though my ticket was not refundable. However, Saudi Airlines refused to refund me or rebook the flight even though I bought a refundable ticket. I called and emailed their North American office more than 16 times without resolving the matter.
