Employee couldn’t ring up a card for me and kept typing in a bunch of stuff on computer before he said, sorry.” I was patient but I just said, “it’s ok- may I leave you cash and maybe later you can ring it up?” Every time I go in here it’s a problem so maybe corporate needs to read these reviews and work on improvement?

I used the self-print option here for my school work and it was out of paper. That’s normal and fine, but when I went to ask a representative for help, a man with dark brown hair yelled at me. Once I was able to explain my situation to him, he went over and selected a different paper size than was needed, so he didn’t have to reload or do any work. He was very curt and rude, and I was shaken by the experience. I did not realize it had only been half-printed due to being the wrong paper size and so today I failed a school assignment. I have been to many local print locations and never been verbally assaulted and swindled out of getting what I need.

Complete incompetence. Pushed to self service printers, when those didn’t work and still charged me the fee, walked to the computers and tried printing my own file. Yup more charges, walked out, never coming back. Literately Dave Chapelle’s version of Kinkos. No one knows anything beyond shipping packages.
