Great spot to stay. Everyone was courteous and the concierge had great customer service. What's even better.. you're close to everything you need. Great eats, shopping and entertainment. The restaurant at the hotel has great food as well.

Very nice facility and the service is top notch. The rooms are large and clean, but are starting to show their age. I'm a big fan of the Hilton brand and enjoy visiting new sites and was happy to locate this hotel close to my client.

Front desk staff were nice but the place is really not managed well. Boxes all over the place in reception, rooms/decor not updated at all and a bit musty. Feels like going back to the 90s. Plus rooms on the back have v loud traffic noise. It's a bit cheaper than the competition but I guess this is why.

So, to answer my own question after going the lot in this case did have the gates up which would imply it was free during the event. But my guess is it varies by day and event depending and probably best just to call and ask the front desk for particular situation.

They told us recently it is only a 1 mile radius- local transport to restaurants, etc.
One can always use a debit at a hotel. However, the hold that is placed can take up to 30 days to be released. Depending on some ones bank or credit institution.
