We've stayed at this hotel at least 3-5 times and it is consistently a very clean, friendly and pleasant experience. Their breakfasts have been good for hotel food. Their rooms are large and great for a family. The front desk staff is always helpful and nice. We would definitely recommend. I just wish there was more to eat nearby

The service here is WONDERFUL. We needed a last minute room and they were happy to accommodate. The rooms are a little outdated, but clean and we had no complaints. Complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. The common area is super unique and the hot tub is nice.

I never write reviews, especially for hotels, but I felt like I needed to give the biggest compliments to Willy. He was the bartender for two of the nights we stayed here and he was one of the best staff members I have ever come across at an Embassy. My family and I stay here multiple times a year and always have great experiences, but he was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. He was the bartender during the manager's reception and was so sweet to the kids, cracking jokes to the point where they were talking all night about how excited they were for the next day! Just wanted to thank him for a great experience and everyone else here as well!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and nicely decorated, up-to-date on style. It was easy to regulate the temperature in the suite. The breakfast is convenient, with a lot of options. I'd like to see more whole-food plant-based options such as plant milk and maybe more fruit, although there were fruit options (no bananas, though! :( ). I got my husband an omelet which he said was very good. The cocktail hour is also very nice. Was not at all happy, upon check-in, to find out that there is a $12-per-day parking fee. That is the one negative from our recent visit.
