Where to start. Omega photo is one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. Steve is a class act. I’m a newer photographer, intimidated by all of the history and information that comes with wanting to get into photography. Steve has so much knowledge and is so happy to just share that with you. He has a real passion for photography and showed me some incredibly cool stuff that really made me feel welcomed. He has pieces of history in that store and is can answer so much about them. I will be buying everything I can to fuel my hobby as a photographer through them. Omega photo is the place to be in Bellevue for photography info and equipment.

Happy with my new tripod, service was excellent. However I found out I overpaid for the tripod by about $20 (going off the tripod company's official website) not a huge deal, but the one I purchased was used. I would research your prices before you checkout. Edit: Thank you for calling and clearing up how pricing is done John, I will be back for your excellent service and customer satisfaction :)

Omega is just awesome. I am new to the area and I’m so glad to have them here as a used camera and lens shop and film processor. They’ll happily chat gear and film without hurrying you to purchase or get out. Their used prices are extremely reasonable. They love photography and it shows.

Best place! Best staff! Best service! Helpful! Good place! Quite cheaper in price as compared to others. I went to this place for passport size photo...a girl her name is Amder she is really helpful...she was telling me everything about photoshots...even I asked her for my passport photo and passport ID in scanned copy format and she send me that on my email address but didn't charge for scanned copies. A old man I think he is owner of this place he is also friendly!

Please bring the camera in so we can evaluate the issue. Could be something simple. If not simple we can send it out for an estimate to repair. If you bought on eBay or through Paypal and the camera is 'not as described' (fully functioning) you could return it to the seller. Let us know. Thanks, John
Depending on what the problem is, we can sometimes take care of the issue in the store. If more expertise or parts are needed the lens would go out to a trusted partner who is an authorized repair facility. Bring your lens by and let us take a look. Thanks, John
Normally one business daay, but we are installing some new parts and it will add a couple days to our delivery time. Thanks, John
Hi Jill, we do keep a variety of straps in stock, from simple cushioned straps as well as Peak Design straps and Black Rapid straps. In addition we have an ever-varying assortment of used straps. There is a free-to-download website, butkus.org, that has practically every manual ever made as a pdf. We have some physical manuals in stock. What camera do you need a manual for?? Thanks for your question. John
Thanks for checking. We do not rent cameras or lenses at this time. Kenmore Camera In Kenmore or Glazer's in South Lake Union both have rental cameras and lenses available.
$7.50 per roll of color or black and white negatives. To scan the processed images adds $8 per roll. 4x6 prints at the time of developing are $0.35 ea. Thanks for your interest in our services. John
We shuttle repairs to a trusted repair facility every Friday. There is a $35 fee for finding the problem/s and getting an estimate for repair. If you decide to go with the repair, the $35 applies to the job. Thanks.
