Concierge people are polite, friendly (sometimes really busy) and very good at their jobs. The building is gorgeous and the most recent remodel (2021-2022) makes this one of the most beautiful residential buildings I have ever seen. The views are spectacular. The amenities are high end. The public areas are kept spotless.

All doors on all levels in the stair wells are locked. Went to 23rd floor by mistake (needed to be on 22) so took the stairs to go down one level. Nope, they’re all locked. Had to bang on the door hoping someone would hear me and let me in. Oh, and there’s no cell phone service in the stair wells, so I thought i was super SOL.

I have been living at this property for 4 years now and it used to be a rough situation. Management used to be the worst .. since Rebekah took over things have been amazing. She is beyond professional. She is always on top of everything. Jon the maintenance man is insanely fast but proficient. Love living here !!!!!!!!! 🏅🏅🏅🏅💥💥🕷

These are condos not apartments. Sometimes people rent their units, you have to check craigslist for listings, but they don’t come up very often.
This is a condo building, not apartments, so no leasing office exists.
