Great quality at a great price! They did an amazing job sizing down my boyfriend's ring for half the price others quoted us at. They also cleaned all our jewelry on the house and gave me tools to do it at home. Will be using them only going forward for jewelry repair and cleaning needs.

Doing this review has been on my mind for a year but I procrastinated. The fact that I’m back to leave review is a testament to the service I received. Absolutely stellar work and experience. I had originally purchased a ring from another well known brand and proposed with that one but I was very skeptical of their reviews and such. I called Joseph Jewelry and spoke with Andrea who was amazing to work with since the beginning. Super good vibes!!!! I showed her the design I wanted and what was needed. They sent me back some CAD drawings. Even better than what I sent them. At first we we’re apprehensive but trusted Andrea. We went back and forth on the ring for a bit and decided that their version was better, which it was. Much more elegant. They sent us a wax figure of the design before any work was done. Absolute amazing experience!! You’re in good hands here and they will make you a better ring that you can imagine yourself. Fiancé loves the ring and gets compliments on it from everyone. We chose an emerald cut which I guess wasn’t the style but did it anyway. I heard this years theme or whatever is emerald cut. Not saying I set a trend here but the evidence is there. It’s nbd though.. I won’t let it get to my head. Thanks again Andrea and Joseph Jewelers. You rock!!! (No pun intended) Jim

I went to Joseph’s to have my engagement ring (which wasn’t purchase here) cleaned and re-plated. I booked a repair appointment online, and when I went into the store, they were able to help me then and there! It was a huge surprise! I picked up my shiny, brand new looking ring after about an hour! Great service, reasonable cost and they did a marvellous job on my ring! I definitely will be back to shop with them!

Yes. We only use recycled gold, and we source our materials through longtime partners who are approved through the Kimberley Process. Our suppliers only work with conflict-free diamonds, and we offer lab grown diamonds and gemstones in addition to natural gems.
Absolutely. The same custom design process of working with a designer and building 3D models applies to wedding rings, as well. We'll make sure it perfectly lines up with your engagement ring.
Yes. We frequently make settings for heirloom diamonds and gemstones. You can ship or bring your stones to us (recommended) or we can send the empty setting to you. Please contact us for a setting fee quote as it varies piece by piece.
No. We frequently create custom cocktail/fashion rings as well as necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. These can also be fully customized.
Hi! Thanks for asking. Masks are required for all clients and employees at all times. Social distancing and regular disinfecting protocols are followed, and after every appointment, all rings, ring sizers, and any other items that were used are sanitized with both solution and steam cleaning. Hi Potato Peeler, Yes, we can engrave a zippo. We have a laser engraving machine that can engrave almost any relatively small surface with very detailed art. No. We have many beautiful items in stock in our showroom, including birthstone jewelry, diamond jewelry, and other unique pieces. We also do jewelry repairs, including resizing and refurbishing.
Yes. Custom jewelry is our specialty! We have the ability to create a fully custom piece and adjust the materials to fit your budget, since each piece is made individually by hand. You can start by customizing an existing piece, combining a few rings, bringing photos of inspiration rings, or starting completely from scratch for a brand new design. Of course, if you already like a previous design, we can recreate it for you.
Yes, we can help you get your raw ruby cut and polished. We would first need to see the piece of rough you have in person to first evaluate it. We would then consult with our lapidaries and gemologists to determine what shape(s) and size(s) of stones that can be cut from the piece of rough. We would also, at this time, be able to get you an estimate on cutting fees. Your piece may need to be sent out for evaluation. Please call ahead of time to schedule an appointment with our gemologist/specialists so we can best service you in a timely manner.
Yes. We do ring resizing, vintage restoration, retipping prongs, reshanking rings, replacing stones, hand engraving, laser engraving, rhodium plating, pearl restringing, replacing watch batteries, and custom design, which is our specialty.
