0 marks for customer service. Never anybody at the service desk. Who ever is suppose to be there is always on a hour break or a 2 hour lunch and managers nor anyone else working there can't learn to work the service desk in his absence. Very annoying

Never nobody working service desk. Even managers don't no how to cash checks when whoever is supposed to be at the service desk is on his hour lunch or one of ther 5 breaks. Managers don't care about customers

Descent store. However some people need thing before 7 am. All the other Kroger in the region opens at 6 or they're 24/7. I'm so tired of these hours/ store. Hello Smith's I know you open at 6.
