Management is so horrible here!!! You always have to be up their a** for things that YOU (THE RESIDENT) needs , They never answer the phone! Oh but please don't let your rent be late because that forsure they are on top of but other needs for the resident? Forget about it. You literally have to call everyday (if they even answer) just to make sure if an action was taken place from your issue because they will not do it. It happens to me every single time. I've lived here for almost a decade! They need to hire more personnel.

We are sorry in customer service right now 4:45 pm I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes to be attended to, a man from maintenance came out and told us that he had let them know and these are the hours that have not yet come out, besides that calling is for pleasure because they do not answer the phone. Since I moved to this condo, the only thing they do is raise the rent and the service in general is getting worse and worse.
