DO NOT rent here.. all the bad reviews that people are leaving here are absolutely true. The pathetic response to the complaints here is always "we can't confirm your a resident so this is not true." Or "You must have the wrong apartment complex". They take zero accountability and wana mislead ppl into renting here... it's all a bunch of bologny cuz they have no better excuse than to deny it all. I have lived here 3 years and I must say this new management.. OUTRAGOUS. They increase the rent 600 to 800$ to everyone yet decreased the value tremendously, and rarely answer the phone or respond to messages. The old management used to keep the place clean and water pressure every month. This new management is money hungry yet they have not water pressure cleaned the place in almost a year now...it's embarrassing how nasty the living conditions is here. A bunch of stray cats so you can't walk your dog in peace or go into your own apartment building without having to shoo away cats... Very trashy. Too expensive. All they care about is money. First thing they did was fire the security guard to save money cuz they don't care about the tenants. Don't bother wasting your time or money. Again, the bad reviews are all true.

We were the first to move here and we still are , with the Alcázar administration everything was beautiful , now with Olivia it 's disastrous , they raised the rent ridiculously , justifying changing kitchen appliances . They never answer the phone. The former administrators were super friendly and we called them on the phone and they attended to us, we had a lot of communication with the girls in the office, they were excellent. Here you have to leave messages they never deign to answer. I live on the third floor full of cats that neighbors feed and dirty everything, we already complain and they do nothing. the cars park wherever they want , on the lawn , before it was not like that and the administrators do nothing I would never recommend . Many people moved because of how expensive it is and the lousy costumer Servis.

I was looking for a 3x2 unit and found Olivia. The customer service from the office staff was great and timely. The unit that they showed me is spacious and the distribution is very optimal for a large family like mine. The price fits my budget perfectly, it's only $2500 for a 3x2 apartment. It's a fair price compared to how the market is right now. I really highly recommend this property both for its customer service and its prices.

I agree with most of the comments of the residents, I have been here for more than two years and when the administration changed everything has deteriorated remarkably, I live in an apt of 3 h 2 b and the increase is $ 1000, plus the increase of several services, I see the page that has more than 60 apartments already unoccupied, when here everything was ful with the previous administration….. and the rents have begun to fall everywhere but here they pressure you with letters and letters that they leave you in the door, I'm still leaving when my contract ends... I hope they return my deposit, I see in many comments that they don't return it...
