FANTASTIC! This is such a great thing to do and great value! This tour blows Fairchild Tropical Gardens tram tour out of the water! We learned so much from a friendly , super KNOWLEDGEABLE guide! You get to try fruits, make stops, noting felt rushed. Really just an overall great experience!

It was our first time visiting this place. I was so impressed by our tour guide from Nicaragua. Despite her young age she was very knowledgeable about the fruits and was very kind when answering our questions. The fruits we were able to taste, were delicious. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florida!

It is best to call and ask what fruits are available. A lot of trees fell do to hurricane Irma.
It's all organic. In fact the park , has a tour where they explain how they use a certain tree leaves that acts as a naturally pesticide! They use it across the park.
they might be closed now, but I suggest calling them directly to ask for that specific honey
Yes
Exactly
Tamarinda
$ 10 per person, children 3 and under, free.
They have a train/cart that drive through there and gives a tour of the park. Better to call ahead to make sure the times they depart
The Cohune Palm is the most recent plant featured on their official website: https://redlandfruitandspice.com
Us 10 includes guided walk, fruit test and then they leave you in a place to walk freely
Yes. I saw several dogs at the Growfest last weekend.
You can'y buy fruits there nor pick fruits from the park. They usually have free samples in the store/entrance from the park they picked. Children of a certain age is free. You can eat whatever is in the park if it has fallen naturally.
If you can bring food and have your picnic, bring lots of water.
I think we pay like $10 for a tour. Think you can walk by yourself for free. Better you verify by calling them

They have them in the park and if any are ripe they will let you sample free of cost, but they dont sell it.
This is to ask questions. Not to review. There is place for you to write your review.
It should be spring when most trees are blooming... You could go in the afternoon when the sun is not too hot... Other that that any time is good
Starfruit and canistel (eggfruit)
Admission to Fruit & Spice Park is $8 per adult, $2 per child 6-11, and children under 6 are free.
Check Air BnBs in the area. Otherwise, you can stay in Homestead and the drive is not that long.
Yes it does, Its in the Tropical America section and makes lots of cashews
I dont know if it chnages but i remember ot beimg $6-8
I don"t know if they are planning any special for the 4th of July. They are supposed to be open on weekends
You can pick the fruits that have fell to the ground and eat them on the premises but not remove them from the premises and if you go on the guided tour which is free and very educational you can then pick fruits off the trees as the guide allows you I highly recommended the guided tour
Always call before hand to see if any changes has been made to their fee schedule
