Are dogs welcome during events such as the Asian Cultural Festival? I'm noticing a few other counties suddenly banning dogs from most outdoor events, so I'd like to make sure.

Yes. I saw several dogs at the Growfest last weekend.

Really not sure. The Asian Cultural Festival committee has the say so over Fruit and Spice. Check with them.
