Let's start saying that my three kids are bjj practitioners, they love going there to learn, Daniel Rego ( the professor ) is a very knowledgeable instructor , also very patient with little kids. I will recommend this bjj place and professors to friends and family members

Amazing School for all ages. My son is taking classes and I started with him as well to keep him inspired. I am competing at 44 years old. I cannot believe it. Excellent class routine where you will learn a new grappling technique every day, roll, stretch, do a specific exercise and gain much more than you expected.

This place is the ideal jiujitsu gym . The people are welcoming and hard working ! Profesor Daniel is an Encyclopedia of techniques and submissions , aside from that he is a great person with a good heart that is always there for you on or off the mat . I started this gym at the top of 2021 as a new years resolution. I really enjoyed MMA and wanted to experience it. From the beginning professor Daniel and everyone in the gym was EXTREMELY welcoming and very eager to assist and teach. Not only do I feel like this gym assisted me in improving my health but also my confidence and has helped to build a community here in Homestead as I am new to the area. If you are looking for something that will improve your overall life, this is the gym to go to!

Hi Michael, how are you. we still doing some adjusts on the school but yes we already start the classes over there. you are looking for adults or kids classes
Fridays 11am and 7:30pm are the adult classes and typically our open mat on Saturday is primarily no-gi. That starts at 11:30am
It’s depends but you can come for a free intro class and we explain all plans for you or if you prefer we can give you a call Thanks
