Every single vehicle in the overheight parking was short. Signs said they would be ticketed and towed, no tickets. Clearly, no tows. Rest assured that you can park anywhere you please and there will be no consequences at Overlake. The signs are for decoration only.

Eh - it's a parking garage at a hospital - what can you say? 90 minutes free parking. If you're at the hospital for a procedure, check with the nursing staff - I've had parking validated when I've had to be a the hospital for 4 hours, although never for appointments that just run a little longer than anticipated. The parking fee booth is manned, so there is some security provided. Ramps seem a bit narrower than most of the garages I've used, so be careful doing the U-turn from floor to floor, or while you're walking as a pedestrian.

Very convenient to access the medical tower offices such as medical imaging, and you don’t even need to go outside. Just take the elevator to the first floor and walk along the hallway. Medical Imaging is on the left just before Walgreens pharmacy and Stanzas cafe. Full access to the rest of Overlake Hospital too.
