Had to have a package rerouted/intercepted, and they were very helpful. We received the package despite concerns about delivery. Mailman went out of his way to deliver to us. Much appreciated.

I feel bad for anyone who is ever unfortunate enough to have to visit this place. I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. If you do have to visit here, don't expect to get your mail that is supposedly here. Even if you are lucky enough to get your mail, you'll probably have to come here several times and wait in line 30+ minutes every time, only to be told the first few times that they don't know where your mail is.

This review is related to the carrier's service. Usually, the experience I have when going to the annex is below par, but this morning, I received a call from the carrier, who asked me whether I preferred to pick up my mail or to have it delivered at my home; I told him the latter; after he gave me the accumulated mail, I wanted to give him a tip, but he gracefully declined, even after I proposed a 2nd time, saying it's his job! Very good attitude! When I asked for his 1st name, unfortunately I could not catch it correctly, but I think it's "Tru"?

Bellevue's delivery system is completely dated. This is the second time my package has been mis-delivered by the postal system. They don't track which lockers the packages are placed in, so there is literally no accountability. Whenever there is an issue, the delivery drivers are never held responsible! I'm always told that I need to contact the Courier. It's not the fault of the company I purchased my items from to open a claim and waste their time with USPS. I spoke with Mike over the phone, who was actually very polite, and helpful, (so my review is not a reflection on him) and he was willing to dispatch the driver and try to track down my package, but of course it was already stolen out of the wrong delivered locker by someone in my apartment complex. I'm really fed up with USPS. They've also steadily increased pricing on flat rate packages and postage. If they have no money, they just need to close their doors.

This is only for package pick up. An angry lady will likely tell you to go away if you try to do anything else :(
You may want to consider a change of address form if you're not going to be in Washington for a while you can pick it up at any post office.
