One of the fastest PO's I ever experienced, they provide great service and get you quickly on your way. An associate made sure I wasn't buying more postage than nessasary and ended up saving me a bucks. Much appreciated!

Yes. It looks to be working now...someone is using it.
You'd have to ask them or check out USPS website for international mail. Usually if it's a letter it's somewhere around 12 bucks.
