I couldn't charge my laptop due to an accident, tried everything. So I took it to these guys and within minutes they fixed it-- and didn't charge me a dime! They had great looking laptops and a tablet for sale there at low prices, seriously tempting!

Fantastic customer services and quick to help without ripping you off. Unlike at many other places I have gotten electronic repairs done, I never once felt like I was getting ripped off, and their staff were friendly and open to explain exactly what they were doing, and why repair prices were tiered at each level. They even offered to perform a few minor maintenance procedures while my laptop was opened up free of charge, while they had my latop open. Could not recommend their helpful service enough.

My daughter and I just returned from a visit to Seattle Laptop and were both very pleased with our experience. Her laptop wasn't charging and she had a ton of homework to do over the weekend. Jaden greeted us very nicely as soon as we entered the shop, did a thorough diagnostic exam of all the possible problems and concluded that we had a faulty charging cord. He gave my daughter some pointers on charging and cord care and sent us home with another cord. No charge. I have been using Seattle Laptop for years, and have always had a good experience, so felt it was time to write a review.

Everything they do is fair priced and they are very very competent and honest ...really great folks ...competent honorable efficient ...kind if small business that makes you pround to support! ...and to be clear ...when you ask questions on these forum spots you are getting the public reviewers who Google knows were there ...not the owners or employees ...
You are asking in a public forum to other Google users like yourself. They probably can, just give them a call.
We try to keep our customers, and employees as safe as possible. Masks are required inside the store. We can help people outside if they can't wear a mask. We check in laptops for repair outside the store where it is safe if anyone has problems. We also will collect laptops for repair, and electronics recycling outside if a customer does not want to enter the store.
We can order almost any battery for any laptop. We will install it and test it too.
