Me and my friends went to visit bead world on May 14th. We came from Auburn. We called to see what time you close, it would have been helpful if you would have said that masks were required! You just lost 4 customers!

Normally received great service there, but this time was very different. The gentleman asked me if he could serve me; and I said said yes, and even physically showed him what I wanted.. and he turned around and started helping others in another part of the store. Then, I was getting my purchase done in line. The lady got my banding that I had asked the gentleman to get. She turned around and started helping another customer before me again. I was like, What?? Whats there a line for?? I just shook my head, and almost walked outta there. It was not a good experience.

I visited Beadworld along with my partner because she needed to lengthen a bracelet. While I waited I took a look around the store. I was really impressed with the selection of beads that they had. I did not even realize so many types of beads existed. They had beads as well all the other things necessary to do beadwork. The people were friendly and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. If I ever needed to get beads, this would be my first stop.
