Visited in early March. I made an appointment online. There was about a ten minute wait to get tested. They text you with a link to your results when they're ready (if you're negative) or someone calls you if the test is positive. I will come back here as needed as long as the line isn't ridiculously long.

Every single time they change their procedure. I've come here several times in the past, and probably every third time they have a different way of doing things. Really hit or miss. Just go to your normal location and get your covid test, or don't even bother. I have never needed a appointment in the past and now they are only taking people with appointments. What the hell. Overall though I appreciate that they're free and available

1.5 hour wait at 9:30am on Christmas eve. UW website says appointments "encouraged", but staff there told me it should say required. They tested me anyways, but said they may turn people away even if you wait 2 hours and you don't have an appointment. Come from the south and be prepared to park in the bus lane a mile or more out. I started near the cemetery intersection.

Great staff. I don't understand why they even have appointments. Signed up for a 935 apt and got in the car line with everyone else around 920. The line was at the home depot entrance at the time and it took about an hour. Maybe the appointments are useful if you are walk up. It would be good if they at least explain that on their website.

Yes it should be took the test there
You'll get your results within 72hrs. I've received my results in about 24hrs.
Depending on how many other people have appointments and walk-ins (drive-ups?), between 0-15 minutes. You could get stuck behind a van full of people, but there are 5 lanes of testers.
They have both drive up and walk up but an apt is necessary.
Yes, no appointment needed.
Maybe, but I'd call and ask. When I went through it was in my car and I didn't see a place for walk-in's.
Yes, I had our kids tested who are much younger. Recommend setting up appointments first as it makes the process much smoother.
You can schedule weeks or months in advance and they are open on Saturdays. The Solv app helps with setting up the appointment and getting your info. When you schedule, you will have to click More Days and More Times to book beyond the next day.
