Staff is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I myself work In the medical field (speciality as well)and I’ve never crossed an office with people who seem as if they’re being forced to work! I was referred over by my pcp and I called about 2 days later just to make sure they had received my referral I was told they did and I would receive a phone call (which I understood) about 2 weeks passed and I called back to check on the status of my referral and I was told by the office manager that they didn’t receive my referral and I informed her that I spoke to someone and they stated they did 2 weeks prior she asked for the name of who told me i honestly did not remember and she said to call my pcp and have them refax the referral i did and I didn’t receive a call until 1m later to sch my appt! On top of that I still had to wait 3m until my appt at that point i was already frustrated with the office but I still continued with the process finally I received a call a day prior to my appt to confirm which I did and also confirmed that my appt would be a video call I was told that yes it would be to just make sure my NP packet was faxed back to the office which I made sure of I called back 2x that same day and was told they had received it The day of my appt (next day) I received a phone call in the morning asking to confirm my appt the person who called me was RUDE and I informed her I had confirmed my appt the day prior and I gave her the name of who I spoke to and I also informed her I had faxed my Np packet and she stated they didn’t receive it I was annoyed and I couldn’t believe the whole process to top it off I received another call at 3!!! The time of my appt asking if I was on my way to the office because they were waiting on me !!! I had to sit there and explain myself all over AGAIN to this lady who was rude! She then stated and she would be texting me a link which I received and waited another 30 mins for the dr to be available then she ends the chat at 4pm and her office calls and states that they were having “ technical difficulties” and was told that she will call me back when she had time to fit me in LOL THIS OFFICE IS AN UNORGANIZED DISASTER!!! I don’t understand AT ALL!!! And I don’t recommend AT ALLLLL!!

Haven't even been seen and already have zero confidence in this place due to the office staff and receptionist...EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDESCENDING, RUDE AND ARROGANT. NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS OFFICE. My referral was sent in July, they keep saying all they got was a cover letter but MY DOCTORS OFFICE DOESN'T SEND COVER LETTERS! BULLSH*T STAFF!

I should have posted this immediately after vowing I’d never step in that office again. Late, appoints never started near time. Often over an hour late. Rx refills not processed. She fired Dr. Thelans staff and had a family member who’s sole focus was billing, not patient care. Dr. Thelen was my first (and only rheumatologist after meeting her) and his rating would be off the chart. Stay away!

Dr. Chahal, Absolutely unprofessional... Always late and making up bs excuses. We have had multiple problems with her. I'm a caregiver for my mother. I always feel rushed, we can never seem to get a direct answer when asking a question. We've had prescription issues and major communication problems. She has now created problems within our family. I wouldn't piss on her if she was on fire. I wish everyone else good luck finding a solution for your problems. Peace!
