We try to keep our customers, and employees as safe as possible. Masks are required inside the store. We can help people outside if they can't wear a mask. We check in laptops for repair outside the store where it is safe if anyone has problems. We also will collect laptops for repair, and electronics recycling outside if a customer does not want to enter the store.
I visited a week ago to drop off my computer. The employee was wearing a mask and kept his distance. When another customer tried to enter the shop, the employee politely asked him to wait outside as only 1 customer is allowed in the store at a time. It's a small space without much ventilation so I wouldn't stay too long but I'm quite cautious about covid and did not feel uncomfortable being in the shop for 5 minutes or so.
