They have a great brunch! I'd suggest a morning wedding with a brunch reception.
What do you mean by "compensate" you? Well, maybe a comp glass of wine at most. Its a hair. Have you never had a hair in a place you didn't want it? Like in your own food you cook at home with precautions against it like they have in a restaurant? I don't like hair in my food either. But.... Its part of life.... like a bone in a boneless filet. They offered to replace it which seems more than reasonable. No reason it should ruin your dinner. Order something else. I assume they took it off the tab?

I don't know but unless you are going for pub grub and football watching I wouldn't recommend it.
