I love the frames and selection. I've bought multiple pairs of prescription glasses from them recently. When things work out right, they're great. The customer service agents are pretty friendly, but when there's a problem you don't get an apology. And it's taking a few tries to get a return label. You also never get a name from the representative through phone or email. That's really unfortunate because this would otherwise be a place I'd want to continue buying from. UPDATE 9/27/22 - Still waiting for an order that I originally placed on 8/1/22. I had initially received the order on 8/18/22 but it was incorrect. Still waiting for it to be corrected. Very Frustrating.

Timothy is a keeper ! He was patient , helpful and very friendly.He is an expert in his field . My Purchase : A+++ Love , love my glasses ! Got the unique style frame that I wanted and the lenses that I so desperately needed .

I have bought at least 4 frames from Vint and York, there quality and craftsmanship is superb. They have a 1 year warranty (came in handy when my temple broke) The frames are sturdy, i'm just rough. Ive bent and had a few accidents before they broke. They are unique as me, I scoured the internet for unique frames and found Vint & York. Satisified with my purchase!
