We called to place order at least 1/2 dozen times on Thursday and never got an answer. We chose to drive there and place our order and it was not busy at all, no one was there.. There were 3 staff behind the desk. Please have someone answer the phone. Thank u

First year ordering Thanksgiving meal to be reheated for sixteen guests. Everything was flawless, and there were ample leftovers for days. Thank you for easing my burdens. I did not have to purchase anything. I did not have any leftover stuffing, so I will purchase extra next year.

We are sorry you got the impression we are closing but nothing could be further from the truth! We have been so busy that we're having a hard time keeping up with demand. All out homemade products take time to produce, but at the same time, we are preparing for Thanksgiving. If there was something specific you were looking for and didn't see it, feel free to ask and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!
It is probably because it is an automated line. And that is the message recorded for when someone can't answer. They are probably being swamped with calls for orders, as it is a week before Thanksgiving. I would leave a message if possible. And, keep trying, as this is the busiest time of year for them.
