I came in to send a package out, waited in line for about 10-15 minutes, the only spot where tape is available is at the cash draw so I was going to buy a roll to tape up my package and give it to them. The cashier was nice to the people in front of me but when it was my turn it was a complete change in attitude and they were going to make me get back in line just to tape it up and send out. I refused quickly taped the package up and sent it off. if you are going to do that put the tape somewhere else so people can actually use it.

I deliver parcels and mails to the back door every day. Everyone has their own rules. Don't park here, park here, don't ring the doorbell, ring the doorbell, I'm going too fast, and now it's too slow, don't beep by the car, you're going back, beep by the car, you're going back. I have ten such post offices, but this one is the most annoying of all! You complicate things. Be simpler and more productive!

Don't trust ebay or any shipments from this location. I only live116 miles South of this post office. It is 1st class mail, and should have gone straight to Providence. Not sure what truck they put my package on, but it ended up in STAMFORD CT, then went to SPRINGFIELD MASS. It has travelled 322 miles so far(3 days) since May 17. I get 1st class mail from California in the same amount of time this package has been on tour of New England. What is going on with USPS lately ?? I stay in Exeter with my mother for extended periods and she has lived in the area for approximately 15 years, so I am rather familiar with the Exeter post office. I also try to have most of my important mail sent to her house whether I'm there or not because at least then I can feel as if my mail is being safely delivered. Sure, sometimes the mail gets mixed up with that of a neighbor. But I think that's relatively common for all post offices. My mother loves to shop online and as far as I can tell she has very few issues with packages being delivered. Although she does use FedEx on occasion. I will often bring letters and packages inside the office to be weighed and sent out from there. Everyone has always been very helpful and friendly. I also have a service dog who is still in training and I bring her in with me and I have never had a problem with anyone having issues with such. All in all, I believe they do their best.

Call the postmaster
6 six months.
Many post offices require an appointment to process 1st time passports. You can make an appointment by going to USPS.gov Click on passports Click on town Click on the time you want Renewal just walk in
I'm guessing they are bcuz I spoke with a carrier in Exeter office last night and was told the postmaster would get back to me when she got back from deliveries which I never heard back. So I didn't think postmaster did delivery so I assume they r busy with holiday stuff... still a week since u posted and no response is a bit long
If you have the tracking number try going to the post office and see if they can pin point were it was scanned delivered.
You can bring that by during regular business hours, they have two windows and multiple people working so if you take a bit longer, than so be it. I would recommend avoiding mondays around lunch time as it seems to be crazy then but im there about, 2-3 days a week bring things for our business.
