I was in a car accident and had to rent a car until my car was repaired. The staff at Exeter NH Enterprise are the best, especially Meghan and Turner. They explained everything to me. They were courteous and friendly. I’d go there again if I ever need to rent a car again.

This place was great! Except the pick up was late so we just drove in ourselves but that's okay. The car we rented (which wasn't chosen it was just the smallest they had) it was impeccable, immaculate, absolutely amazing!! I loved it so much that I cried when I had to return it 😭, It was so beautiful!! I never knew Mitsubishi's outlander, small SUV could be so luxurious too! It had so many safety features like lane assist and even knew when there was any car anywhere around the vehicle, the back up camera was amazing and the bluetooth with the app was such a nice and easy feature to stay safe while driving! The car was super clean and pretty good on gas even tho it was considered a small SUV. There were so many features I just loved it so much! Enterprise made everything as easy as possible and the people there are super nice too 😊💕

I am a loyal Enterprise member. This was my first "meh" experience. The car was fine - actually, better than fine. Clean, in great shape, as expected. But my customer experience was less than fine. I rented a Suburban in March to move my son out of his dorm because our cars aren't big enough for his furniture. I rented the SAME vehicle in August and was charged almost twice as much per day! I asked the attendant why, she asked her supervisor. She said "well, demand is really high and we can't keep them on the lot." So essentially, they're price gouging. I don't mind paying extra for the additional cost of cleaning the vehicles due to COVID, but to go from $80/day to $140/day? a 75% increase? That's just not ok.
