We had to dispose of an old mattress. Lisa called to tell me the driver was on his way and would be there in an hour. He was on time and even helped me haul the mattress up our drive way to the road. My 10 yo loves anything big trucks. The driver took the time to show my son how the truck works and about how it dumps and the dump when full. For the 20 bucks it was well worth it and the friendliness of their employees.

These people are liars and criminals. After telling me contractor bags were too much for them. They tried to act like i didnt hand their driver 54$ to start service. Glad i had a witness. Then after being told the owner would come talk to me the next pick up day. I see a driver hit my street pickup someone's trash down the street just to zoom out. Whoever the lady you talk to on the phone is, she is a liar. After i stated so im paying 54$ for yall to pick up 4 bags of trash in 2months. She says the owner will be by to give you a refund. I doubt it.

excellent service. i switched from another service because they tend to not pick up all trash at my curb site. this company has always been efficient and the driver is professional and never leaves anything behind
