I hate writing bad reviews but here we are. This place had the worst customer service and worse service advisor for me. Weeks ago, I was going to get my brakes done at this place. I call these people to get the price, warranty info, and what type of service I was going to get. Remind you, I call these people at 9 am in the morning and did not receive a call back until almost 2:30 pm in the afternoon. Red flag #1. So, of course when they finally call I'm at work. Not to mention the service advisor had a snotty attitude on the voicemail. Red flag#2. This was it. I knew I needed to go elsewhere and had my brakes fix(thank you Goodyear). Goodyear customer service was excellent and they know how to talk to their customers and return a phone call. Long story short, Goodyear did my brakes, the price affordable, and the staff was respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Um...Oxmoor Ford Lincoln service department might be good for a simple oil change or something. But be careful, customer service and professionalism doesn't exist here. Spend your money wisely is all I can say.
