I don't think I will ever deal with Bill Collins Nissan ever again. I bought a certified preowned 2020 Sentra and was assured it was practically new. A few months after purchase and my back-up camera would randomly give me a blue screen and become completely unusable for days at a time. When I brought the car in to fix it they didn't take my warranty into account and overcharged me. While they later rectified this (with Nissan credit rather than a proper refund), I had to stop by multiple times to get it addressed. Not even two months after they "fixed" my back-up camera and it's already defective again, so the $180 I paid them was for nothing. Incredibly frustrating that the problem has to be fixed by a Nissan dealer, as I would just take it in to my local mechanic for half the price otherwise.

Is someone needing to reach Collins Nissan?
Everyone wears a mask. There are hand sanitizers everywhere. The waiting area is spacious so it's easy to practice social distancing. Besides that, it's business as usual.
