Hi is the 0882 number still the best number to reach the service dept? I've been calling since noon and can't get through. It rings and rings, and finally asks me for a management password.

Yes that number is good but have another dept transfer you over there, we had the same issue and connected to sales and have them transfer me over to the service dept.
