Would not recommend this dealership. Poor Customer Service from Service Department. I had to call in three days in a row to get someone to tell me the status of my vehicle. I finally just told them I was tired of chasing them and went back to pick up get my un-repaired vehicle.

No one should have to deal with Pat from the body shop at 8 am. Dear god. I’d rather have teeth pulled by my mother-in-law than ever encounter ol Patrick again. Classically classless. Patronizing. Inconsiderate. He talked to me like he’s the king of everything and I’m a holiday inn shuttle bus driver. Not a pleasant experience. Don’t recommend.

You would be better off walking than to get anything from here. The staff is flat out UNPROFESSIONAL. And they will try and get you on just to make a sale. I guess if you absolutely have to get a vehicle there than do so. But I highly encourage to look at other Ford dealerships. These people will look you dead in the eyes and lie to you. I can’t tolerate people like that. Or people (your general manager / service desk) that disrespect people they feel like they can get away with it to. (My wife)
