This showroom is filled with aesthetically pleasing displays, showcasing various styles for great inspirations when thinking of remodeling your home and bathrooms. They have tons of top quality designs for different style needs. The customer service is great, whenever we had questions on the phone which we appreciate greatly. While finalizing our designs for our bathroom, Tiffany Chen was such an incredible help. Like other showroom designers at the store, she too was always busy. However, she always made it a point to respond to emails and phone calls. She's super patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Not to mention personable too. The knowledge and customer service that she delivers, made us more confident in knowing that we can move forward with certain tiles and designs in mind. She's on top of everything, from answering any inquires, order placements, to picking up our orders. Remodeling is so stressful, and we greatly appreciate Tiffany and the whole staff.

Beautiful showroom with many tile, floor, and vanity choices. With so many selections covering different styles and price points, it's easy to be overwhelmed, but luckily Tiffany and other staff members are available to help out. While the sticker price can seem high, they offer many discounts that make the price competitive with other kitchen/bathroom tile stores. They are even accommodating in providing us with an extra display tile without extra charge.

Porcelanosa has the best showroom and highest standard product quality and customer service. This is my second time I order materials from this shop. Tiffany Chen is best person I met during recent remodeling, is strongly recommended!!! Not only for their great products (very high quality and modern style), but more impressed for her professional skills and warm-hearted service. At this pandemic time, materials shortage and flying price is big headache, but she helped out for bringing all my needs: selecting material, order process including all temporary adding or cancels/returns. Last, I appreciate again for the always quick response even at offwork time.
