Wow, what a wonderful experience. I notice the water heater was leaking about 12:00 pm. I call and got lucky they had a cancellation and they called back that they could be here by 3:30 pm, instead of tomorrow. Loni arrived at 3:30 pm quickly analysed the situation. The water heater was 30 years old and needed to be replaced. Loni worked diligently and had the job done by 5:30 pm. Outstanding job, professional and clean. Our water was up and running by 6:00 pm. Outstanding work done by all. Definitely a 5 star service. I would highly recommend to a friend.

We called Water Heaters Only at 8:00 AM and Alex arrived that same morning to install a new 40 gal water heater. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable in his craft and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. His quick thinking saved us on a another issue that arose that morning (not by his doing). He finished the job in a little over 2 hours and we're very satisfied with his work. Well, it's bound to happen - at some point, your water heater will develop a leak. Luckily for us, it was a small one. I called Water Heaters Only, and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Our technician Steve B. called to let us know that he'd be arriving soon. Steve was very personable, professional, and had our new 50 gallon water heater installed in well under 2 hours. He clearly takes pride in his work! The earthquake straps, supply lines, overflow pipe, and all the other details were VERY professionally done. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only.
