Awesome service, I highly recommend! I called at 10:30am for a jammed garbage disposal and a leaky toilet valve. Manny showed up exactly at noon. He was finished with everything by 12:30pm. I had a catastrophic galvanized pipe coupling failure in my main water meter box. I called 3 plumbing companies and Crown was the first to respond and arrived approximately 2 hours after my initial call. Luis Perez was the plumber who arrived. He has 14+ years of experience and was truly concerned about getting the job done so that we could have water back on in our home. His first attempt failed, but he thought about it and came up with an alternative solution that worked! He needed to dig further and explained he would have to revise his initial bid by $100 to $646. This was slightly more than half the price of one of the other company’s bids! I highly recommend Crown and especially Luis Perez! Job well done!
