First time reaching out to customer support and Rae was very helpful. It turned out the issue was caused by a software update and now everything is fine. Speaking of updates, SunPower continues to improve their app and add features that are very useful in monitoring your system. I can not express how happy I have been with the performance of the equipment and the huge savings I am getting on my electric bill not to mention doing my part to help the environment.

The guys that came to do the battery and hub installation were professional, polite and patient as we asked a lot of questions. They were quick but very thorough and left everything clean. The guys that installed the panels were also very professional and explained everything they would be doing. They too were very courteous. All work performed appeared to be checked and double checked. Could not ask for a better experience! The SunPower inspector was also like the installers…very polite and professional. The personnel from SunPower are all commendable!

What a fantastic company! Great communication, installation, and service. Great dedication to task-the engineer installer waited 6 hours in the truck for the City inspector to arrive for final inspection. So happy the install went so smoothly. We referred our neighbor and will receive a $500 referral credit card since their install is complete. Thanks again.

The best and most reliable solar panels! Amazing customer service! And very reasonable prices!! Thank you to my whole team who made the process very easy and smooth!! You are all the best!! And the bonus perks are fabulous!! Please do make sure to get a quote from SunPower if you want Solar panels! They are the only ones we found with micro inverters so you can always add on to the system unlike others who have only one inverter and they were the least expensive of three quotes, which we found shocking! Some other panels even had annual degradations close to 1%! But not SunPower!! I wanted to use a National company so I know I will have help should I ever need it! No FUD for me! Cheers!

Hi Aaron. You can contact customer service at 1-800-786-7693.
If panels are leased and in the event of forecloser then Sunpower would likely Require notification so they can remove their property. *This should be spelled out in your lease terms, I would refer to them. Most likely there would be some type of fine if lease terms are broken? I have never seen a lessor who is willing to give up their property.
I would call SunPower Customer Care. I do not know the number, look it up online.
