The most careless nurses especially in ER with lack of respect and communication. Most of the nurses give wrong reports to doctors and then the doctors reduce medications especially the most important one that can causes you a lot of problems later when you discharge. But still they don’t care. After Covid started the nurses think that they are God. I understand your job is hard and valuable, but you need to understand our loved ones also is valuable for us too. Everyone that coming there deserve treat well.

I wish I read the reviews before coming here. Went to urgent care yesterday for extreme lower abdominal pain, not just cramps, but constant pain. The waiting room was dirty. A man had been coughing up blood and the staff had to be told several times before someone finally came to clean it up like an hour later. Was brought in and out for testing (urine, blood) and then they did a CT scan. They told me a bed was almost ready for me 2 times like 3 hours in and then 4hours in. 5 hours in The Dr just took me to the little curtain area in front to tell Me it was nothing emergent so they were gonna give me anti inflammatories and have me go. Then they took me to a room had me change, so I thought I was gonna actually lay down and have them do another exam but 5 min after changing they gave me papers and said I was good to go. What was the point of taking me back into a room and making me change for nothing so I felt like they did something? Nothing but waste my time, charge me way to much to not have any answers. This was yesterday. Today I’m still laying in bed, in pain, not knowing what’s wrong, with just a prescription for ibuprofen which I could’ve gotten myself over the counter! Screw this place and their horrible team. They weren’t even that nice. I literally told my mom next time I’d just rather die that waste my time or money not being insured and having this experience. Also I’m terrified of needles and had a panic attack getting blood taken. This experience was so traumatizing to have no kind of answer other than if it gets worse than come back. Wow!

The billing system is so primitive. Although things like test results are accessible through the myhealthonline website, there is no online payment system. They mail you bills and ask you to mail back checks. It’s such a pain to do so. Also for some reason we got 2 separate bills for 1 visit. We took care of 1 of them, but didn’t know there was a second one. We don’t check mail box frequently and when we noticed the second bill it was already the final notice and we almost missed the deadline. It’s 2022, seriously consider upgrading your payment system!

I went to O’Connor ER for peri rectal abscess removal. The doc and nurses took care by doing surgery. Had to stay a night in the hospital. Very expensive it costs a lot just for one night stay. No explanation on how the surgery was performed. They are quick to bill the patient but care for patient is next to nothing. I’ve been getting inflammation. No follow ups, no checking up on patient from the follow up clinic. A phone number given to schedule an appointment that too was inaccurate and I had to spend long time on phone with the hospital staff to figure out the. I scheduled a follow up visit but after that no checkup from the clinic. Disappointed.
