I used to live here in 2018 for 6 months and enjoyed it a lot. Beautiful building, great location, and very friendly staff. I can’t complain at all (and experienced it very different to what the negative reviews say) - and would move here again.

I toured 360 residences and even though I fell in love with the apartment I was a bit skeptical based on all the bad reviews I had read. I decided to move in anyways because the team was very thorough and would go above and beyond to always assist me because I toured different apartments (they have many different floor plans which I think is cool and it was hard to choose one). All I can say is that I’m so glad I chose 360! Any requests or issues that I have had in the short time living here have been resolved. Rest assured that if they can’t find a solution for you they will go above and beyond to help you in any other way they can. Brian is the one that I usually work with and he has been great. Kayla was the one that helped me through most of the leasing process and touring the apartments and she made it a breeze. Services for maintenance were completed within 48 hours by Martin and Juan, they have been helpful in explaining things. Overall, I recommend it!

I enjoyed to building , but unfortunately the staff is awful. There seems to be no problem that they find worth going out of their way to help with . Their entire focus is on keeping their management company happy , with no regard for the tenants . They will never go out of their way to help the tenants . Clearly they see their customer as the Mangement company and nit the tenants . It felt like we were viewed as a source of money and nothing more . I found. The staff to be very very disappointing and I would look for a more Tennant friendly building if I were you

Don’t even think of moving in here. I live in 360 residences for 3 months and from day one I have experienced bad service and horrible communication. My refrigerator is not working well from day one, After over 8 service calls I just gave up. The freezer stopped working and all my food went bad and when I complained I got humiliating attitude trying to say I’m the one who doesn’t know how to work a refrigerator meantime I have no freezer for 3 months. The refrigerator beeps all night and wake me up multiple times every night. Had problems with half of the outlets in the apartment that wasn’t working but finally got fixed after 2 months. They just don’t care. And seems that there is no one to complain to.

The 360 is a safe building. While we don't have young children, there're school age children living there (but not many). Biggest concern I would see is the quality of schools in the area. On the other hand the Tech Museum is across the street and the children's museum in easy walking distance.
