Terrible move out experience. Extremely high move out charges, close to $900. We got the apartment professionally cleaned before leaving and left it as good as new, and yet they charged us. We asked for a reason/pictures, no response from the past resident team(Eric). We have been emailing them everyday. We called the leasing office, they don’t seem to care as we are past residents and they no longer have our files. It’s all rosy when you’re moving in, but the experience after that with the management is terrible.

This community is full of problems. Few months back they towed my car over some painting job. My car was parked on my designated parking spot & it was towed because they wanted to paint. We were just informed over an email which was easy to get unnoticed. Tried reaching out to manager via multiple team members but manager never spoke to me. It's super difficult to reach resident service & all they said to me after multiple follow ups on my car towing experience is "manager will reach out" which never happened. How can they tow my car from my designated parking spot without even informing me on call. I had to pay $300+ for it. Many times my amazon packages got stolen from my front door & management could do nothing about it. The only thing that they told me is to ask delivery company not to keep packages on door. Not sure whats the benefit of gated community. Similarly in past I had issue with upstairs neighbor with loud noises which was never resolved. After 100s of complain, I was told to move to a different apartment . Update: Just today morning someone broke into my car from gated parking garage. This community is not even safe to stay in. Maybe for name sake they have patrol service available but have seen multiple car break-in in past & today I was the victim. Safety & security of residents are least priority for this community. Please stay away from this community. You will definitely regret if you move here.

I moved here very recently and my experiences already gave me enough reason to leave a rough review. To be fair, the buildings are good, decent surroundings as well. But my only and biggest issue is that the management is practically non-existent. Either they are ignoring me on purpose or I’m really that dumb that I can’t get their number or email right. Honestly it’s easier to cancel my cable subscription than this. All I was asking for is an extra parking spot which I’m willing to pay extra for. I’ve contacted them millions of times. When I get lucky, I get a “we’ll get back to you”, when I get super lucky, I get a “we’ll do a parking spot audit and let you know. But 90% of the time it just went into voice mail. I really don’t understand how hard it can be to reply back to someone. Like I understand parking might be limited but could I please get a call back at the least? It’s been almost a month but still no response whatsoever. Really really frustrated….

Love Stephanie V. from the leasing office! Definitely look/ask for her if you’re interesting in this apartment complex! We were looking for a new apartment to move into and she was an outstanding help from the moment that first met her for our scheduled viewing. She was communicative, relatable, and very informative. She made the process of moving and signing paperwork easy and relatively stress-free!
