This place does NOT have any management staff on site and has gone downhill very fast, the NOISE is out of control here now... Kids are constantly screaming if you work from home it's simply not possible.. due to constant screaming kids, people have figured out there is no management and come to use to pool and don't even live here. Constant what they're calling "vandalism", (fire extinguishers being sprayed throughout the building including on cars). Elevators are constantly broken. ALL THE TIME. Packages are always stolen, feels very unsafe now days, move into one of the other japantown apts you'll be better off, do not move in here, you will regret it.

The apartments are good and well maintained. The only issue why I gave 1 star is that there is no package locker due to which I lost 2 packages in the last two months. Even when complained about this, the only response I got from the management is that they can’t do anything regarding that. If you want your packages to be secure may be find an apartment with package locker. If you don’t get things delivered to your home then may be this is good for you.

One of the most irresponsible management. I lost my packages multiple times. Almost costing me 500-600 dollars. When complained to the management their reaction is that they cannot do anything regarding it and asked me to check with the renters insurance. My other room mates also lost around 1000 bucks because of these missing packages. Never gonna be in this apartments again and would not recommend it to anyone.

My wife already posted a review about our experience living here but I also wanted to share my thoughts too. We moved out from Marquis due to lots of break-ins and other issues. Back elevator breaks all the time and it takes forever to get fixed. This place is not clean. The only area that is well clean is the entrance by the office and front elevator. I guess they clean these specific area to invite future residents. My main concern was the safety here. I don’t understand why they never improve this issue. Honestly, I don’t get it! I don’t recommend Marquis. Anyway, I will leave some pics on Yelp and you be the judge.
