Updating My Review Here from Good To Worst, Well, I enjoyed my stay at verdant, But the only issue here is, Leasing team is not capable enough to resolve issues. They Kept my issues open for months, In result I ended up paying extra $60+ fees almost 10 months. Management still has no clue how to resolve this issue. Here, They charge some additional amount if you use your debit card. You can waive this if you add your bank account, But there is a certain verification process, If you failed to verify then you can't even delete or start the new process. I wrote several emails, and every time the same response is not helpful at all . Two time I visited the office, First time they told me that you can delete this by yourself, But Actually, I can't. and the Second time I visited; they were busy also understaffed so they told me come later. Unfortunately, the issue is still open. It was so frustrating that every month I'm paying $60+ extra for no reason. So Not sure I can recommend this place to anyone.

I lived at the Verdant for two years and recently moved due to employment requirements. If it weren't for the requirements of my perspective employer I would have never moved. Jennifer and her STAFF ARE Amazing. Moving to San Jose was a difficult decision but they provided me with a safe and comfortable landing spot. If you need a great place to live and raise your kids this is the place.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the past reviews. The apartment interior quality is not up to par as advertised. There are multiple interior defects that are noticeable. I can not speak for all units except for ours. For the advertised “ luxury “ units you would expect more. As well the management team of the complex does a poor job on communicating updates regarding leasing information such as renewals. This could be due to being in the middle of a pandemic but I would still like to see an effort made to ensure that all tenants are being well I formed of all there options. I myself am experiencing repercussions of this such that my option were not effectively communicated to me in a clear language. I would implore all new tenants to self study there contract terms and additionally reach out to the leasing office in person to ensure they are well informed about all things related to there units. I can effectively say that this apartment complex is business first tenants last. Additionally, I have had things stolen from multiple locations during my residence at the complex. I would advice against paying for storage units both open and closed space. Ensure you have apartment insurance to cover any loss you may incur during your residency at Verdant.

Verdant is really bad at addressing the noise complaints from upstairs neighbors. I reached out to verdant almost 14 times in my lease period, they did not take any solid action to address noisy neighbors. This apartment has bad flooring too, if your upstairs neighbors are bachelors then they will wake up you every night with thumping noises. I had to break the lease and get out of the apartment because of the noises from upstairs. Not recommended if you are looking for quiet environment or working from home. Update after following up with leasing: No response or action by verdant team on this and noises still continues. If you are renting this apartment then you can expect the same experience.
