Me and my roommates really like it here. It's calm here and plus they provide good amenities. The reason I'm writing this review today is their maintenance team is the best. I never have to complain about the same situation twice. They either come and check on the same day or the next day but the problem is resolved at the earliest. It's one of the things I like about this community.

We didn't move to this apartment due to our plan change to not move to San Jose but overall experience of visiting the site and interacting with leasing office members was quite good. These were the only property managers who consistently followed up with us regarding our requirements and updated us with latest information. Special thanks to Erika to provide a highly professional and pleasant experience in searching for our next residence.

#Update today The pool is still crowded tonight Does it still open after 10PM?! Again, a group of folks are swimming and playing. Making a lot of noise. Check my photo. ## Last post The pool is limisted access during the light time. But after 6PM, it’s become a small pub. There’re a lot of people hangout with the BBQ party, loud music ... Making a lot of noise, and violate the County rule for the pool reopening. But no one from the Staff team even notices or check it out. We will move out once the lease is over.

Love it here at Fountains at River Oaks!!! It's clean, cozy, affordable and the staff is attentive and available. The other place I lived was hard to access and hard for my daughter to visit me but her at Fountains she can knock on my front door. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to montage expressway and other major freeways but you would never know how close because of the way it's tucked away. I feel at home here and so glad I found it. Knowing we have to be in this area I thought I was doomed to live in one of the "people warehouses" that caused me a lot of stress. I would recommend it to anyone.
