Refuse to renew lease and will not provide a reason. Never been late on rent or utilities in 2 years of being here. Holly at the front desk is incredibly rude and condescending. Lets not forget lack of maintenence upon request, water damage from old window and door seals, balcony railings are halfway rusted off and the paint on most all of the floors of the balconies peel up constantly and all they do is cover it with more grey paint. Save your money and your your sanity

I lived there for over 2 years, the views were tranquil, staff was helpful and courteous. Maintenance was always quick and courteous with my requests, and lots of restaurants to walk to. I recommend living here.

This place is a SCAM. I REPEAT A SCAM. I always wondered why the place was so empty and it's because they kick people out for no reason 😕. They kicked my friends out for us staying over for the weekend. If you move here you will definitely regret it.

I live there,, look on their website or apartments. Com because they have move in specials each month month.
There are apartments available, you can reach the office Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, on Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm and on Sunday from 1 pm to 5 pm.
I've seen people smoking but the office team does say something about it. They prefer to keep the buds off the grounds.
They are not furnished. And no they do not provide electric or water. The water bill comes from a vendor that the apartments provide and it comes in a bill form. The bill will give your rent total plus your water bill amount. It'll be a breakdown of your water bill just like on a regular water bill. When I lived there my water ran about $60 to $70 a month.

They have Christmas parades on the river. They do have some festivals in the surrounding towns, as well. There is something to do almost every weekend.
I don't remember. I didn't choose to have a parking permit. When I moved in they told me that they did have parking permits but the garages were closed so there was no point of purchasing it. However, the regular permit that you need to park on the property is free the first time. Guest will also need a permit. Please make sure you do this they don't mind towing. I've seen so many people towed it's crazy.
