Beginning in a temporary small apartment while I built a new condo was my plan. The Cherry Creek folks received me as if I was going to be with them permanently, with no hold back of friendly or information to make me happy and comfortable. Then a tornado hit my building and we were “homeless “ for a few days…the staff worked 24-7 to take care of everyone safely. They made special effort to get me set in a new apartment still knowing everything they did for me was temporary. The apartment they gave me was exquisite and much more than I needed! The effort put into making me (and I’m sure all others from the storm) as comfortable as possible after such a terrible event was amazing. And as they were busy taking care of us, they were taking care of damaged property and the entire complex without ever not smiling and making certain each need was met. All in all, Cherry Creek would be my choice to live if I had not built a home. There is no better place! Each need was met promptly, professionally and friendly as in family. That is the best feeling of home!

I'm highly disappointed in choosing to live here. As soon as we moved in we had a TON of maintenance issues, so many things needing to be fixed. I've never lived anywhere before and had to deal with this. The apartment also was dirty upon moving in and everything seems so old and outdated - gross/dirty carpet, dirty cabinets...I could go on. I told our leasing agent and no one even compensated us for all of this hassle. I wish I could move out!

I’ve highly enjoyed living here so far. When we first started the process of finding an apartment Tina was so helpful. I work long hours and my boyfriend had to handle everything, but she was very communicative to both of us and helped with whatever we needed. I’ve had to do one maintenance request since move in and they came 30 minutes after the request was made and figured out the issue and helped resolve it within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone!

Hi Deneika! We welcome anyone who meets our qualification standards and would like to live at Cherry Creek, however, we do not participate in the Section 8 program. Our sister community, Ridgemont Park, does work with Section 8 voucher holders. It would be our pleasure to connect you with that team.

How they explained it to me is that if you are under a certain score you would just owe 1.5 month security deposit on top of the move in costs.

The pool season generally starts Memorial Day weekend and goes through Labor Day weekend, though we usually extend the season as long as possible. We will make an announcement through the resident portal as soon as the health department completes their inspection.
Tina, I've got a 3 bdrm. that'll be ready on April 7th, 2018. Would you like to stop by and take a tour of the property? It's upgraded with w/d connections and on the second floor, which is the top floor. They also have private entries, wood burning fireplace and garden tubs. This home rents for $1455 a month.
