Hadn't eaten at Dominos for years. Thought I would give them a try again. Large thin pizza was alright for $5.99 but the 6ct wings and Philly Sandwich for $5.99 each was terrible. The wings tasted like they were freezer burnt and the Philly Sandwich had a thin, I mean thin layer of beef. Then when I called customer service I was 39th in line. Then I called the store, got the manager, I told him my concerns for about 2 minutes, then he said he had to answer another call that was coming in. I just hung up. I'll never go to Dominos again.

Ordered $40 worth of food. A large pepperoni pizza extra cheese and an order of hot wings with ranch. They gave me a thin crust pizza just plain cheese and two orders of wings with no sauce on them or any ranch on the side. This is not the first time this has happened. Order from another store if u want a good experience.

After calling and being put on hold for eternity, I drove to the location to receive a remake of pizza I had delivered last week that wasn't what I ordered. (I get handmade pan with pepperoni and chicken then buffalo sauce drizzled over top of the pizza) Apparently I was dealing with manager and he remade a non edible pizza after making me wait for 15 min when my issue was fully documented. Whenever I brought back in the inedible pizza (dough was still raw) I was completely ignored. I waited 20 min and nothing was being done. I asked another employee to speak to manager.. he advised that I had been dealing with manager. After he came back from a break, I asked for GM number, which was ignored too. The other employee took it upon himself to make sure my pizza was remade and the manager never gave me number or acknowledged me.

This might be the best Dominoes I’ve found to date. I’ve been genuinely impressed from time to time how good the pizzas are. I’m not sure what they’re doing different, but the pizza is typically cooked perfectly and the cheese and sauce is always on point. Good stuff.
