It wasnt as great as others we have visited...its small and they dont have a huge selection of pizza.

An interesting story/interaction happened here. We went in to Cici's in Hermitage to eat dinner. As we are standing in line, my husband went to the side door to make sure our car was locked (because his ocd wife needs to hear the beep). As he was coming back in the lady at the register looked at him, then spoke over the family placing their order in front of us and proceeded to ask him "Sir, sir are you ok?"Like he had committed a crime. He looked at me confused, as I was looking at him extremely confused. He asked me, "was she talking to me?" She said it again and he said "I'm ok are you". Once we approached the register he simply asked "Did I do something wrong?" She said "I was just checking on you". He then said "Checking what exactly? ". At that point, she refused to make eye contact with him or even acknowledge he was there. Hence, he was the one placing the order and paying. I was baffled and proceeded to ask why she refused to acknowledge his presence. She said he is being confrontational and to avoid that I was avoiding looking at him. I said we literally don't know what is going on, then she just walked away. Got another co-worker to come over and talk to us. We asked for the manager. She came over and the co-worker proceeded to tell the manager what was going on in Spanish, so we could not understand what was being said, which was highly unprofessional!!!! My mind is literally blown away by what happened! So we left. After discussing it further amongst ourselves, we laughed and thought maybe KAREN was having a very bad day!!!

This was a birthday celebration. A customer bought tokens for our son, what kindness! We were offered a personal cheese pizza, we did have to pay .75 cents per slice to take it home. Delicious dessert pizza. Clean fountain area. The bar had plenty of pizza and fresh salad. 😋

Look you know what you are getting when you go to CiCis, you go there for the price of an all you can eat buffet. The pizza isn’t the best in town, the service on how long when busy to get the pizza isn’t going to be in a hurry. It’s a good cheap place to take the family, especially bigger families. This one is mostly clean, little time to clean tables off of plates. They have this NY pizza which is surprisingly good to an extent that it brings memories of eating that amazing NY pizza. Overall, enjoy our time here when we go.
