Niqui was super friendly, down 5o earth and knowledgeable. My budget, unfortunately, is tight and she understood. No pressure sales, patient and honest. Got bed in a box, all my budget could allow right now. I probably could have gotten cheaper at big lots or Walmart, but I needed to at least see bed and try, plus customer service is very important to me. She helped loaded it in the car, too.
